Return
Items purchased from the store may be returned unopened for up to 14 Days after date of receipt at buyers cost. To start this process, please contact info@thehauntedxylophone.com with your order number.
Refund
Items for the merchandise store are eligible for a refund once returned and inspected by the Company. Items that have been personalised or digitally downloaded are not available for refund and your statutory rights are not affected.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled provided that shipping has not commenced. Once the shipping process has begun, you will have to follow the returns process.
